This is a very interesting and very scary article. When you consider the possibilities that could come from technology likes these it's a bit alarming. Give, most people walk around with cell phones all the time (some sleep with them), TVs and monitors are all over. These things have the capabilities of manipulating us without us even knowing. If someone walks up and shoots someone, people can see that person. But, if someone is targeting people using frequencies, it's like they're fighting in another dimension that's not detectable by the average person.

Seems to pertain to EMF, predominately from CRTs. 1990s threat vector. Nothing to see here.
