I'd believe the shooter was wearing body armor, but full metal garb doesn't sound right. Was a suit of armor or chainmail discovered anywhere?

What would clear things up is seeing physical evidence: videos and physical proof. Anything but the handful of "guns are bad" people that CNN is cycling through over and over again.
