Russian propagandist are not allowed to have a voice? I strongly believe that it should be up to each individual what they want to read and believe. I spent 40 years believing corporate MSM US governement propaganda, the didn't have a problem with doing it. Dividing families and friends with lies, while using young men lives to fuel a industrial military complex. Who the hell do these people think they are to dictate to anyone what is real and proper, when they are proven liars.

So are they going to remove all the folks who just parrot whatever Shareblue and DU tell them to say also? Same fucking thing in the end, fake grass roots bullshit.

heuristic

"propaganda" basically Reddit's only surviving "users"

Every time I see a headline about Reddit, I am taken aback a little. It's like if your best friend died, and you buried him... but then he walked through the door the next day like nothing happened.

At this point Reddit is a walking corpse. It's like Weekend At Bernie's - someone's moving it around and making it speak, but you would swear that it's dead.

They just shadowban the ones they aren't sure about.

Reddit Admits to Removing a 'Few Hundred' Russian Propaganda Accounts - The Daily Beast

'Reddit admitted it has “found and removed a few hundred accounts” associated with Russian propaganda, one week after The Daily Beast confirmed the Kremlin-backed Internet Research Agency, or Troll Farm, used the platform during the 2016 presidential campaign. '

'Reddit’s CEO Steve Huffman, writing under the username Spez, outlined both direct propaganda, such as troll accounts using the platform, and indirect propaganda, like subreddits such as r/The_Donald repeatedly linking to Russian Twitter troll account @TEN_GOP . “Given the recent news, we’d like to share some of what we’ve learned,” he wrote. ', " Reddit did not respond to repeated requests for comment after The Daily Beast's investigation last week."
