Exactly. The entirety of CDA 230 is about helping bring NWO, because we all know people would quickly overthrow the government if they actually would start to censor stuff (The First Amendment) so they've built a backdoor into the legislation in the form of CDA 230, which quite honestly should be repelled in its entirety, because it gives the legal right to companies like Google, Twitter and Facebook to censor conservative voices while also letting libtards spilling their "kumbaya, let's hold our hands together because we're all the same" bullshit all over the web. No, we're not the same, some people are better than others. Did they even look at the statistics about reoffending rates and crime rates in general among blacks and latinos? Prisons are predominantly black and I am not speaking about the paint they've used for the elevation.

The shadow cabinet. The communist agency throughout the whitehouse appointments. That's the government you mean. Not the elected President of the people. The ones that should all be in Gitmo for treason.

Google can eat shit. I'm particular pissed at google.

Northrop Gruman makes bombs for the US government, so NG is the government.

I've always felt businesses of any classification should be held to the US Constitution standards for how things got handled. If they're in this country, they need to follow those rules. I do not give a fuck what country they're based in, as long as the physical storage is here. This still leads to other problems but if they want to do business here at all, they MUST follow those rules. If information stored outside US territory then there's obvious issues of jurisdiction which makes shit worse.

There is no definition of free speech that includes "My right to censor other's speech". The lines are not meant to be crossed or outright avoided for the other shit going on either.

“Contractor”. You don’t want that line blurred. It’s a bad idea.

It would not surprise me if the US government contracted out censorship duties to these companies but I somehow doubt they had to be paid and were all too happy to do it for free.

Google, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, etc. are all agents of the CIA, so they are government agents.

It is like the FBI using Geek Squad to search people's computers.

Contractors are not beholden to the same restrictions as an agent of the government is because they are not a government agency.
As such they are far less restricted by the Constitution and Bill of Rights which, for the most part, only (currently) cover government action.
What they lack is the near absolute authority the government has.

That is why the FBI was able to pay Geek Squad to report illegal content without it technically being an illegal search.
The FBI wasn't doing illegal searches and, presumably, the Geek Squad employees doing the search were covered under the

and a service contract.

The idea of trying to classify contractors as agents of the government is a horrible idea because, as a private corporation, they would not become beholden to the government or voters.
They would just gain the (proxy) authority of a government agency while maintaining the ability to skirt US law.
