Earlier we were talking about the California (US) dam near Sacramento - What the hell is under the Oroville dam? .

We saw this new interview with Yoichi Shimatsu about secret nuke labs in Japan and it mentioned this** dam in Japan that has a hydro-electric facility that is a disguise for weapons lab making heavy water for hydrogen bombs**.

So we immediately wondered if that had anything to do with Oroville dam.

We asked expert, Dr. Leuren Moret and here is what she says -

Q: I am thinking.... could this be what they are doing at Oroville dam?

A. Yes when I worked at the (Manhattan Project) Lawrence Berkeley Lab LBNL (5 yrs, starting in about 1978) they used to talk about Oroville dam and a "project" there underground that was very secret and seemed to be very important. I think all those trucks in a convoy removing something from down inside the dam at the beginning of the Oro disaster is the giveaway.. All that lab stuff is probably at Livermore or Los Alamos labs by now. Or the NTS (Nevada Test Site). You can be absolutely sure it was a project related to nuc weapons. Also UC Davis has had a "campus" at the Livermore lab since Nelson Rockefeller and Edward Teller set up, as well as UC Davis mind control experiments on monkeys at the monkey facility at UC Davis in the 60's and later.

Absolutely HORRIBLE.

Here is info on a big x-ray beam project with some facilities not far from Oroville. Berkeley and Stanford are not too far away. Brookhaven Nat'l lab is up in New York.

This may not have anything to do with what's under Oroville dam but some science facilities need to be underwater because of how atoms act around their environment. These facilities are really big.

On this beam project -

Dr. Leuren Moret says,
