There should not be restrictions on buying and selling gun, however there are restrictions. When ever a government employee is caught breaking a government imposed law (code, regulation or statute) any penalties should be doubled for that employee and in addition he should be fired, prevented from receiving any additional compensation, and prevented from serving in government at any level for life.
