Which is crazy, because it's really how you MAGA and is the perfect response to China and Russia going off of the dollar and on to ~~gold~~ yuan as an agreed upon currency for trading oil. Keep in mind, Putin was the one who wanted it gold-based. The Chinese simply want to copy-cat what the US has done for a century or so. Gold-based oil prices/trading is a VERY important thing. He must have gotten some sweet, sweet deals from the Chinese to agree to that.
