Chemical Weapons Attack in Syria? An Open Source Investigation

So these crazy random gas attacks = no masks, fans, suits... just a dude with a water hose... to rinse of all that toxic gas. That is still toxic after dispersal. So dude with hose and kids lying in wet clothes would be very sick or dead.
