Saw a documentary about Putin a few months ago, where he mentioned he actually liked Bush, because "he was so goofy" and had good humor. I thought it was a pretty good description of Bush. He seemed kind of goofy as a president. On the other hand I don't think Putin and Obama ever were "pals", or anything close to that. As for Trump and Putin, well the deep state would never allow them to meet properly to form any sort of friendship.
