I downloaded this book and read the chapter on ritual child murder. It contains many inaccuracies. I tend to believe that, in the past, fanatical Jewish groups did indeed, on occasion, kidnap and sacrifice small Christian children (mostly small boys) to get their blood, which they used in occult rituals. There is a lot of solid evidence to this effect.

However, the author of this book does not seem to have read these accounts very carefully. He states that the Jewish ritual murderers killed these children in imitation of the way Jesus was killed on the cross, by piercing the child's hands and feet, side, etc. This is not accurate. The child was pierced all over his body in order to extract every possible drop of blood. He was suspended for this purpose so that the blood would drip down where it could be easily collected, and he was kept alive during this process because corpses don't bleed. It really was not an effort to imitate the way Jesus was killed, nor was it designed to torture and inflict suffering. The suffering was incidental, a consequence of the method used to extract as much blood as possible, which was later consumed in a ritual way for magical purposes.

The Jew ended up by threatening him, saying that if the gentile did not get him a boy for a ceremony planned for the approaching Passover holiday, he would be exposed. The gentile went home that evening, and collapsed with a complete nervous breakdown, from which he never recovered. Some months later, he committed suicide."
