BUT BUt there were office fires ….which we all know will force a building to collapse in it own foot print, at free fall speed, in a natter of few hours.

or maybe it was due to Larry Silverstein's decision to "pull it " due to the terrible lose of life ? so it was demolished right away ! silly me, I always thought the demolition of a building in a crowded metropolis took careful planning and skill but apparently not?
