Idea for v/conspiracy: create a sticky with links to credible sources detailing specifics of common topics discussed here. ( conspiracy )

For example, we could include information pertaining to 9/11, the federal reserve, wealth distribution, GMOs, vaccines, the NWO, extraterrestrials, you name it! Only strong supporting evidence will be included, perhaps chosen by an agreed-upon percentage of readers here (80%? 90%?), determined by a yea (or upvoat) or nay in the comments (since many of us still aren't able to downvoat).

I feel like compiling such information and making it easily-accessible to new readers and veterans alike will foster a better informed community that will in turn generate more valuable discussions. And as an added bonus it will allow us to easily shut down shill arguments from the get-go with factual and thorough rebuttals. What do you guys think?

Edit: OK so it looks like many of you seem in favor of this (or at least 11 of you as of this edit, haha), so how about we give it a practice run right here? If you have the inclination to do so, leave a comment that includes a title, link and brief TL;DR of what the source discusses. An upgoat of that comment will be taken as a yea and a downvoat as a nay. Since downvoating is reserved to those with >100 comment karma, many can't downvoat in the first place, and furthermore downvoat tallies cannot be considered accurate as one person could downvoat and comment negatively resulting in a doubling of their voting power. Therefore, everyone who disagrees the source should be presented on the sticky should comment with some variation of "no". Yeaers and Nayers alike are encouraged to include their reasoning for why they voted the way they did. Let's make this happen guys!

Edit 2: What would ya'll think about a weekly thread about each of these subjects, going from most popular to least popular? For example week one could be 9/11, week 2 the JFK assassination, week 3 MK Ultra, etc? To get a general overview of what we as a community are interested in I've taken the liberty to create a basic conspiracy strawpoll that will hopefully be a good gauge of what we're interested in the most so that we can begin with this project straightaway! Here it is, if your preferred topic isn't listed feel free to post it in a comment!

I like the idea in general, although a lot of conspiracy theory arises from complaints that formal sources are illegitimate, or that information is being suppressed.

I've always wondered why there aren't more centralized sources of Intel for things like ET or 9/11 investigator and witness testimony.

Against making consensus decisions on validity, democracy doesn't truth well. But organizing evidence to make it accessible sounds like a fine idea to me. Even if some false stuff shows up the abundance of truth will outweigh it.

I really like the idea of having both a weekly thread and a 'master list' of sorts that shows all the reliable sources the community had gathered.

Ine of my biggest issues is trying to find credible sources in the first place. Having the master of good sources would be awesome.

I have no list, and since there are so many great sources out there I believe it would be foolish to narrow one's pool of information to just the mainstream conspiracy theory outlets. What I'm talking about is a compilation of stuff like insider testimonies, leaked documents, expert opinions, and the like. We as v/conspiritors will decide what goes up and what doesn't. And of course there would be a means in place of taking something down if it later proved to be discredited in our eyes.

Seriously. Who cares about the source. I care about the facts. Bozo de Clown could say grass is green but because Bozo said it, it would be discredited. There is no such thing as 'credible sources', there are people with reputations for telling the truth.
