And yet not shockingly the media is silent. Bc, of course, those in the lawsuit control the media.... (hence the lawsuit). For proof, just look at the results you get on the page when you click on links to news articles in google, the New York Times, etc. crickets.

This is no conspiracy, it’s provable fact.

Spread the word. They don’t want people to know they control the media. The only way to get the truth out is grass roots. Maybe even hound your local news or papers. If anything just to get info out that a lawsuit is out there. People can do the rest to judge for themselves.

It's on Pacer, which handles USDC cases, not lower courts. That's why you can't find it. If you have access, run the case number there. I no longer have access to Pacer (paid site)or I would. https://www.pacer.gov/pcl.html

This is a private citizen suing, using the RICO statute, which private citizens are allowed to use in a lawsuit, if it's relevant. This is not the US government pressing charges, nor is the government initiating the lawsuit. It will be tied up in court for years, possibly decades. The Defendants have compraratively limitless resources, including good lawyers who know how to slow down a lawsuit for years. We won't ever see the discovery aka "evidence" either, because those requests for documents will be stonewalled, too.

Not sure why any of that matters. Let people decide what is legitimate and what isn’t - don’t decide for them. The reason it isn’t getting any play is bc it lays out the parties involved and reveals just how in bed they are with each other.
