Personally, I'm just way too comfortable with all this television, mainstream news, going to the cinema, and playing computer games to do anything about it. It makes me forget that the crazy shit is there and so I stop caring.

When that goes away, I might possibly think about doing anything about it; like in the real world about it. Television is opium.
