Looks that way to me too. The shadows were less convincing though.

"slav squat, known territorial stance" (from part 2). current topic aside, found it quite interesting that there's such a thing as a "territorial stance"

klongtoey

part two is worth watching.

Charlie_Prime

What is the provenance of these photos? I mean, what is the chain of custody? Who first presented them to the world?

Djongo

Weak. The flagpole being hex value 255 across the board was interesting and it does look fake, and the power cable in cutting off is interesting, but nothing else in this video really stood out as weird to me. I think the creators of this video are TRYING to find something fake about this image.

d4ndylion

Wow, yeah some of that stuff looks obviously fake. Good video.

Just some notes: The laptop appears to be laying with the screen down. That would explain why the cord is coming out of the panel pointing up. I do this all of the time with my laptop. No clue why the cord disappears though. Of all things, seems to be a dumb item to photoshop. Same with his right hand. Why photoshop that?

Re: Time of day. Cameras like to forget what time it is all of the time. After a couple of times of setting the time I just forget about it and give up.

Overall the photo looks really bright. Like some kind of contrast correction has happened. Typically pictures with flash like to really highlight the center of the image and leave everything else dark. This flash highlight could possibly explain the flagpole, but without some photoediting the background would look awful and lack detail. The flash is also usually located on the upper left of the camera lens, so if any shadows are cast by the flash they should be pointing to the right, while in this image they're pointed to the left.

robespierre

This is ludicrous. A camera flash on a white object will make it appear totally white, and it's straight because it's a piece of plastic. Why would anybody create a flagpole and a flag to be placed in his hand in two seperate pictures? The rest is just the poor quality of a little point and shoot camera.

Its staged to make him seem like some racist rebel.

Dead-Beat-Shit-Head

Its comical how stupid they assume the general public is.

general public is stupid. just listen to the laughs they have

MisterPrime

I was thinking that most of that could be explained by the flash of the camera, but that power cable on the laptop just looks really fake, and the reflection of the Budweiser sign on the other wall doesn't make sense in the 2nd picture.

Also, the "flagpole" extends in to his hand, but it seems like the angle is a few degrees off of the "flagpole".

Is part 2 worth watching? Maybe I'll check that out, too.

Spiral_Out

I feel like those Highlight's magazines where you had to either Spot the Difference or find random objects in the picture has trained my mind for these activities.

milquetoast

Could the reflection of the Budweiser sign just be the flash on the camera? Or (and I am not a camera expert by any means) many cameras these days have a smaller light that goes off to prevent red eye, right? Could that be causing it if there was no flash? Or it could be something as simple as a lamp in the room that happened to be hitting the mirror at that angle.

alucard6219

Yea, in the 2nd video, in the picture of him outside, smoking a cig, the flagpole actually appears to be part of his hand.

Now this is what I have been missing, good old fashioned questions. No strawman or shills, its so quiet and thoughtful round here.

Btw I am from the same hometown as him and lived in Charleston for 4 years. I am now in California but this shit is weird.
