To call it Obama's Biofuel Mandate is pretty much a lie. Most of the real push was during the Bush years. Obama just allowed it to continue expanding.

People seem to not get this. Bush Jr. mostly pretended to be a moron and knew to also hire people to run certain sections of his presidency. Obama doubled down on every single thing Bush Jr. did because he is nothing more than a dumb nigger.
