He's totally on both sides of the fence... on the one hand he's an incredible genius who was talking 30 years ago about shit that is only just coming out now about the elites and the cabal and mind control etc... on the other hand he's totally off this plane of existence with the alien stuff... but... ya know... there is truly something magical to him. I think he honestly believes what he's saying.
