It is cobbled together from several different sources, extant even now. It was done by someone obviously unfamiliar with jewish texts, and to top it off an earlier version of it was published as parody a few years earlier. Also, it predicts nothing.

Known fabrication, any cursory examination of it shows this beyond any reasonable doubt.
