As we all know the powers that be own the major news outlets along with, the systems that control social media and the minds of Americans. We also know reddit deserves the hate it is getting.

So why are these news organizations defending reddit and hating on voat?

Simple reddit was their main tool to control young dissenting minds that were not on facebook, news organizations, or 4chan. Voat.co is a threat to their social media mind control system simply because they didnt have voat within their sights.

In the days, weeks, months, and years to come there will be more hate for voat than there was for 4chan.

It's because Voat is the new kid on the block and as such it's an unknown to everyone. reddit has been around for years now and its history is well established which makes it a popular thing among news outlets i.e. all the AMAs from famous folk, etc.

Wait a few years and things will change for Voat as it grows to be a popular community source for news and discussions.

In the past Reddit used to get a lot of bad press but when it was sold they quieted down about it.

Voat isnt based in the US, and its in a country that enjoys some relative freedom of speech, and that scares the mainstream media - what if voat overcomes reddit?
