Actually what I said was that the NSA [National Security Agency] does not want to stop terrorism or terrorist activity. What I said was that I submitted a plan to them to stop terrorist activity across earth. They refused it and asked the company I worked for to pull me off my DoD contract at HQ SOCOM where I was the Pathfinder Trainer. But I resigned instead.
