Apart of the few idiots who believe tattoos and piercing to be cool, the majority of these people are judeo-satanists. Simply put they are sado-masochists who use these body mutilations as virtue signaling to recognize each other. Do not act friendly with these people. If you do, they will see you as a prey. In my case it was both, mixed with boredom. Lucky for me i was smart enough to just get them on my lower legs, so i just wear pants and look like a normal person when i go out.
