France often tries to play both sides against each other. There's a reason why the Rothchilds have holdings and castles there. France is one of the largest sellers of small arms and munitions in the world. They sell a lot of war tech to and through Israel.

What I'm saying is, they help makee war everywhere in the world, and shouldnt whine when espionage is used against them. They sure didnt complain when their spies found out the outcome of the battle of Waterloo, pretended the opposite outcome happened, crashed markets, and repurchased a significant portion of the London Stock exchange at pennies on the dollar through the Rothchilds.

Sounds like something the Russians would do. They have no reason to respect or to not be suspicious of the West. They are doing this in space because they would prefer to get the deep intelligence, rather then just touch on the "peripheral nervous system" of intelligence.

I think there is nothing to see here. If Europe was really concerned about Russia they would be building regional military unions to keep Russia out in case it got any ideas in the future.

So did the Russian satellite try and tap into the cables going to and from earth?

Maybe the encryption is easier to break the closer you get to the signal?
