NIH Research Program ( conspiracy )

I received a flyer in my mail today from the local conglomerate healthcare service asking me to join this "exciting, new" research program. It states that the purpose is to give researchers the information they need to better understand disease and create a healthier future for generations to come. They are asking for one million or more people to join and if you do, you get a "free" $25 gift card.

Do I smell a DNA grab here? I guess people are catching on to the Ancestry.com and 23andme scam.

Where did they get the $25 million from? Their research grant application is probably an interesting read.
