ShapeShifters always scheming

The problem with the state of Israel goes back to Herzl's ambition for a Jewish state which encompassed the land of the Abrahamic covenant of Genesis 15:18, i.e. "Greater Israel". The promised land of Canaan which related to Isaac/Jacob was only a part of the land which was given to all of Abraham's descendants.
