The aliens must look physically like earthlings ( conspiracy )

All planets are round, therefore have gravity. No other planet from our solar system has water or air, therefore life. This means that usually life, especially intelligent life, must have gravity, sunlight, air and water (the 4 basic elements) to exist and develop. If there are aliens capable of interstellar traveling, it is highly likely that their planet looks like Earth and they look like Earthlings. It is also highly likely that these aliens are in contact only with the government, because otherwise the reaction of the masses would be unpredictable. People might become unwilling to continue be god fearing and submissive dumb slaves. The movie They Live might be correct for 100% as analysis of alien-government conspiracy, even with human alike humanoids.

We are the only humanoids on the planet surrounded by creatures VERY different from us. Unless you count apes and monkeys as humanoid. Mars has water (ice) as does the moon. Sunlight is not an element, gravity is not an element, air is not an element and water is made of hydrogen and oxygen - two elements. I reject your theory completely. Good day, Sir.

We don't know what conditions intelligent life can develop under, so we don't know what alien life could look like. I agree they would need water, but what gasses they breath.. It's impossible to tell.

The best way to convince you your own hypothesis is flawed? There are many many different living beings on earth that could have developed what we would recognize as sentience, we just happened to be the smartest and physically best. There's no way to say aliens would look exactly like us, in fact they probably look very dissimilar.
