The correct verb is "saw." You undermine credibility of what you're trying to say (even if you are exactly right) when you botch simple grammar. If your point hits a bulls-eye those who might wish to discredit you have been handed something by you yourself to latch onto and ridicule.

I have an explanation for the fake videos: the audience intended for the propaganda doesn't need it to be real. Only the idea needs to be conveyed. It's the same idea as pointing your fingers like a gun. You don't need an actual gun to terrify.

Comment: Not only would the suspect have been "alerted", the suspect would have been ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY along with everyone else. Small wonder that no suspect is in custody (according accounts of the other day).

My conspiracy theory is someone operating the telescope between jobs saw something more interesting than what they normally see. Told a few staff to take look, recorded the event. Meanwhile, someone discovered the event was recorded and decided to contain the information by shutting down the whole operation and paying off everyone who may have witnessed or heard about it. The child porn is obviously a weak cover because child porn is rampant in government and clergy yet the FBI does nothing or worse.
