So I'm not huge into the conspiracy thing, but what stands out to me about this is that even if you totally trust the police to be good bois, this thing has been reverse engineered (I assume), so there's not "good" people with the same tech.

Use encrypted messaging apps! Use FaceTime audio if both of u have iPhones. Protect yourself!
