Give it a rest. It's a job. A job will help you pay for college and likely have health care included if it's a decent one. They may be more generous with some benefits because signing up for military duty is on a volunteer basis and they need to make it attractive.

To be fair, civ-sector jobs use "healthcare" and "loan-assistance" as bait to get people to join their workforce. This isn't limited to the military. Just look at manufacturing companies offering to put you through university as well as providing more benefits like healthcare.
