FYI, it's in New Mexico, not Arizona. The observatory is pretty close to where I live and I've driven up there several times. The "post office" in the 'town' is a dedicated room of what looks like someone's home and not what you'd think of as a post office. They literally have the USPS logo on the window of the house and it looks like someone lives in it. The reason I put town in quotes is that it's a few houses near the observatory. There isn't a gas station or even a convenience store in the 'town', but there are vending machines near the visitor's center. This is just meant to give you an idea of what it's like. So maybe the mailman also mopped the floor at night? That could fit the CP explanation.

There also isn't a nearby FBI building. I'd wager that the helicopters came from the El Paso branch and they didn't want to make the two or three hour drive. But I don't really see why they'd stonewall the local PD.

IDK is my honest answer, but if I was gonna be cynical (and I am), I'd say it's either illegal or dangerous.

Solar Observatory could be many things. Some ideas:

As for disclosure when/if it happens be wary. With how governments acts you must realize that anytime they are not lying it is a limited hangout - a restricted disclosure of information. They have been lying for so long about what's going on of course the first information they release will not be the whole truth if not outright fabrication. Possibly aiming for an excuse for NWO (humanity unite together against the threat!), an excuse to send people off to die, hiding the true nature of the intentions of the aliens to make people align with evil entities. For sure, if they say an alien invasion is happening, that is not the whole truth if not an outright false flag.

As for the existence of non human intelligences, they have interacted with us since at the very least WW2, but I suspect some of them have been here the entirety of human existence. For example, something interacted directly with the US government in the 1952 Washington, D.C. UFO incident. A lot of the things proudly declared by the (((media))) and (((scientific community))) to be bunk have some truth in them.

I don't know what's going on, but the "janitor who used the observatory's computer for child porn" story sounds a bit thin to me. I can't imagine they would shut down the entire complex for days, and other locations as well, over a janitor looking at dirty pictures. That just doesn't make sense. I think it must have been either spying by the Chinese, or some kind of terrorist threat.
