Manufactured or Steered Hurricane Michael to reduce RED voting Turnout in Florida??? ( conspiracy )

10 11 2018. I have my doubts that humans can affect weather at the level of hurricanes. However, I have watched the scalar wave videos (with no real scientific background) and wondered and wondered about them. If the Deep State were going to pick a storm to hit land, you would pick the most RED part of FLA right before the election. What do you think? Is it possible to make or steer a Hurricane? This the DS have anything to to with this Hurr Michael or is it just the natural confluence of Warm Water and September storm season. In 1969 Hurr Camille popped up and went into Mississippi pretty fast and that was not DS. If it was weather manipulation to mess with the election, its more likely to make it difficult or impossible to track and prove election rigging.

I was wondering about 2 massive hurricanes hitting the same place from different directions within 2 weeks was strange. Hope they can fix voting systens and building in time.

Though it is possible the timing is off. The election is just about 4 weeks away. Plenty of time to get things cleaned up before then.

Also this Hurricane looks it was just an over hyped nothing burger. The media claims it had sustained winds of 155mph but the highest wind guest on land was only 128mph. That is a gust. The highest sustained was only 90mph which makes it more like a Cat 1 or 2.
