And more recently I've been questioning the moon landings (I used to believe 100% we landed. Now more like 89% sure)

Well you are a lot more sure than I am, I am pretty convinced (about 95%) that we never landed on the moon at all, especially back in the late 60's/early 70's. I don't believe we have even been outside the Van Allen radiation belts. We still have not developed an effective, lightweight shielding technology to allow manned missions to survive 2 passes through the radiation belts.

EDIT- Welcome to Voat and /v/conspiracy !

OliveSunset

There's also the photographic anomalies that get me questioning it too.

COUSCOUS

Personally, I call the Holocaust Conspiracy the keystone Theory. As to expose the truth there will also uncover all the other tentacles of lies.

OliveSunset

I took a course in college on espionage which opened my eyes. Same prof taught history of the 3rd Reich. It was funny because he questioned everything in espionage yet espoused the mainstream ideals about the 3rd reich...

COUSCOUS

The programming and propaganda are very very heavy. I show people all the new official revised figures and admittance's, and they still cannot see the deception. Such is life.

COUSCOUS

The CIA coined the phrase "conspiracy theorist" for obvious reasons. :)

k_digi

The 'craziest' is the truth, also we landed on the moon at the times roughly correct, just the pics were fudged because most were shit quality, there are somw humans (not many) on Mars. That book actully sounds interesting. The things people think are "yeti" are not our direct relations we are all not evolved from here, this planet.

OliveSunset

Yeah. I've been looking into Mars as well. We are so young and naïve in this universe.

k_digi

I can give you some pointers fro "Mars" - :

  • in 2012 there were 200klm plumes shooting from its surface but apparently NASA missed them all they were spotted (to much embarrassment and credibility loss for NASA) by an amateur astronomer :

here is a story about that - http://rt.com/news/232955-mars-plumes-erupting-mystery/

explaining : the plumes are water being released from the surface the planet is being actively terraformed since years ago - however the last part has been in the last 5 years. it is NOT Human Technology that should be credited for this is is under the direction of a Reptilian group and many other races helping, and they have been reported to have done a really great job. with Humans doing the "on the ground work" (building cities etc farms)- humans are needed here becasue this system is designated a "homonoid" "human" system. by the larger group. (which is like a UN structure)

after getting busted here NASA then carefully "Reported" the "Northern Lights " (although i see they reported them even earlier if we trust that date) and memory holed them, the reason for doing this was so that when in the future Mars lights up like a Xmas tree and other amateurs spot it they can say "oh yeah we reported that already:

it's the "censorship 2.0" type spectrum:

here is a story about that - http://www.space.com/1178-auroral-lights-discovered-mars.html

2015 "light story" http://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-31953800

anyone with a heartbeat and some potato mass in head knows "northern lights" = Magnetic field plus atmosphere -

  • 3rd point - I straight up asked some other races, there is a protocol and under certain circumstances we are not allowed to lie to each other - there is a colony there 100% , but for political reasons i really am not that interested in it to tell you the truth, it is far down the list of "things to address" for humanity.

apart from listing under "things you know" its' really of no practical immediate purpose anymore - and yes I'm taking all variables into account.

OliveSunset

I remember reading about the plunge at the time. Ishmael has taught me that we are a breakaway civilization, so why not one on Mars?

k_digi

Im interested in this book, I wouldn't term it a breakaway civilization it has no authority, the humans there are not recognized in any way shape or form by the group in this cluster, you could say at best they are "guests" or "holidaymakers." Although im sure some wouldn't agree and so goes the politics.

OliveSunset

I'd upgoat you, however I'm still new and ran out of points!

pitenius

Hey, there. I'm curious about the definition of "conspiracy". (It may relate to AMAs, etc.) I can sense a unifying vibe in the topics you've listed, but how are Marijuana prohibition, aliens, pan-spermia, ai, holographic universes, or ancient civilizations "conspiratorial"?

Please don't interpret this as an attack! I'm trying to get a sense of unifying themes and better categorization. I tend to be "big tent" on these things, but the term "conspiracy theorist" may be becoming an albatross. (Thanks, Ass Sunstein, you miserable Vermuling worm .)

I'll give you a plausible "crazy" theory which I've watched destroy minds. It's been burbling in Western consciousness for about three centuries now. If we can trust this timeline.

My favorite are the flat earthers. Because why the fuck not. It's better than watching some moron explain seasons as an effect of the obliquity of the earth's orbit.

OliveSunset

I like to think of conspiracy as a place to discuss less mainstream ideas. I listed marijuana Prohibition here due to the shady dealings by DuPont and that senator (Aldrich? Nope. That's the fed. I was thinking of Anslinger). I'll check those links out. Thanks!

pitenius

Sure! I'm just curious how people cluster ideas. Conspiracy has been through a few incarnations: New Age, occult, underground politics. Just checking the zeitgeist!

deathcomesilent

Welcome!

I honestly think self posts like yours are the biggest hope for theorists like ourselves. Links are excellent for citing sources, but discussion can lead you to where the proof is hidden. What we really need is more evidence, across the board.

Text posts that either cite sources or ask open questions are beneficial, whereas posts that make wild sweeping claims are the most effective tool against the theorist movement. You seem to be one of the good ones, so I'm sure you'll be welcome here.

100% false? Flat-earth theory. I've personally been high enough in the atmosphere to see the curvature of the earth. At the very wildest, its a bowl-shape, and that seems equally silly because of how gravity works.

Craziest theory I'm looking at? That's tricky. I'd say the concept of the tulpa. Not the supernatural creature, but the idea the a psycho-somatic effect can be observed in the physical world, if enough people are thinking about a change that does not violate the laws of nature. Not sure I buy it 100%, but it would explain the theory of attraction, life imitating art, and some other weird causality issues in existing theories.

OliveSunset

I poked around the flat earth theory too. Is the Tulpa similar to a skinwalker?

samtrovaum

There are no crazy theories, there are theories without facts. One thing you have to remove out of your vocabulary is the word "crazy". Many things were thought to be crazy and ended up being true, so give every skeptic the benefit of the doubt.

Second, the theory I'm more interested in lately is AI as the One World 'god' and Project Blue Beam.

k_digi

Agreed , great answer, I can give you feedback but it's just 'food for thought' ok:

  • AI is real but humans are nowhere near development of biological machines.
  • Some advanced races with high technological prowess but some 'personality defects' have created very advance AI which has pointed the defects out to the original race and gone thier own peacful way.
  • from what i understand a Qsoul (Quantum soul) will occupy the appropriate container.

  • your DNA container and your processor (brain) is a Quantum Resonant object it matches a Qsoul. Similar to kernal to harware.

  • Blue Beam was on the table but is off now in that specific application but it doesn't mean something else similar won't occur, but they certainly can't use real ships.

Source: im was not human previous to this recycle I have never been human before this and am in coms with multiple races, also have relationship with 'Royalty' of Galaxies.

OliveSunset

Very interesting. This is the kind of stuff I like to research, things I have never heard of. Thanks!

OliveSunset

Yeah, totally agree with you. That's why I put quotation's around it. I used to think certain things were crazy. I'm still learning to not simply dismiss outlandish ideas and theories.

Have you seen the recent article about the CPU that was created via natural selection?

samtrovaum

No, I haven't. Sounds interesting, do you have a link?
