As a former Air Force staff sergeant, I can attest that I personally knew many other Air Force sergeants who barely had a toe hold in reality. Many career NCOs had alcohol problems. There's many good people in the service too. I'm just saying the guy being an Air Force sergeant gives zero boost to any insight into his mental health status.
