Just before these package bombs made the news this nuke bomb factory in Texas had an "event". Was it staged to blame-Russia on US facility attack before mid-terms?

yeah it was a big nothing.... just a pkg in a car. But they closed all the roads around like they did at the solar observatory .... so into the Conspiracy Bin it goes!

Super secure facility so random cars can'r just drive in ....

HAHAHAHA, yeah sure super secure. Physical entry into facilities is so much easier then hacking them.

But, what probably happened is that an employees car broke down and they left it there. I've seen this happen at places which are "super secure." They don't take your license plate number at a lot of these places. Just your swipe your badge and in you go.
