Here's what I don't get, if I stand at the equator and earth's traveling at ~1000mph, let's say we moved the moon so that it's one mile 'above' us, we are moving at 1k mph, how fast is the moon orbiting us if it's 1 mile up? I don't know but it has to be more than 1k mph. Now say move it 1k miles out so it orbits there, how fast is it traveling to maintain orbit now? OK now move it to 340k miles out, how fucking fast is it moving at to maintain orbit now, gotta be a huge ass number, maybe some maths guy can reply it for me. So at that speed whatever it is, I am expected to believe we left the orbit of earth and 'figurativly fell' 340k miles to not only landed into the moons orbit, which is moving at some huge ass speed, but also landed on the moon with a little car and drove it around, then reconnected with the orbiter, and 'figuratively fell' 340k miles back the earth, crash landing into the ocean? With the earth and the moon moving at such speeds around the sun and also around the galaxy, how was Apollo able to keep up with all those different vectors?

Dumbass. These are the shoe bottoms for use in the LEM. Lacking gravity but needing to stand for piloting the shoes had Velcro on the bottoms and "stuck" to mating pads on the floor. The astronauts also tethered with lanyards. For EVAs the astronauts wore a "luner overshoe" which produced the imprints in the photograph.
