No, the precedent was set a while back and no one was punished. No one will be punished. This is why it will continue to happen until a case comes before the SCOTUS where they decide that a platform with no reasonable competition counts as a monopoly and has to behave kinda like that case where that company tried to squash free speech and was told they couldn't because they owned all the venues.
