WHO ARE (Just seeking a General Idea or Opinion) THE REAL DARK JUDGE(S) on Twitter? [or the Real Dark Judge] ( conspiracy )

10 31 2018 The Twitter channel of THE REAL DARK JUDGE @ MrRealBadNew says it has been on Twitter since 2010 and broadcasts out of London. It has certainly been around longer than Q and "eye the spy" and other channels. But (generally - I dont want to get chased by them) who are they or he/him? Any clue? Whether bravado or not, they seem to assert knowledge of some "intel" insider - but it does not seem to be consistent with MI6 or GCHQ or our compromised CIA / FBI. Who are they?
