Yes, he does look strange. I think it is because he is using Botox and/or Juvederm. I saw another story on him saying he was trying to get the birth date on his drivers license changed so he could tell people he was younger - so it wouldn't be a stretch for him to be using Botox or Juvederm to relax his facial muscles to hide and fill in any wrinkles.
