looks like fireworks going off. if you raised a giant magnifying glass above and directed the light at some fire wood, it would ignite, but you wont see the laser. its the wood that starts to glow when its hit by the light radiation. maybe you would see the laser at night but not during day light.

LOL, if you can't tell that's a 'shop then you need to neck yourself. The artifacts on that look like shit I made twenty years ago.
