Why does wiki use an animated photo for him and why are all of the photos of him seemingly shopped?

Admittedly I know little about this incident but a recent post got me to wondering. Maybe I’m just off on this one but it reminds me of those photos of the Vegas security guard that were all obvious shops. Norwegian false flag? Thanks for any feedback.
