The Mandela Effect simply means that the conspiracy is so huge, that the conspirators can easily manipulate and change facts on source level, so all the rest of the people would believe to be victims of mass delusion. The Mandela Effect is also called Gaslighting on large scale. If you think this to be some quantum phenomenon, you must join demented flatearthers bullshit.
