Soon they'll have to admit (as the Canadian government already proved) that it actually increases your chance of getting flu in subsequent years. They're only 30% effective on a good year (random chance of guessing correctly how the virus will mutate?!), and they infect the victim with a live "weakened" flu that will spread to others. There was never a more worthless vaccine than flu. Truly a scam. I've never had one.

Anecdotally, I've seen it happen time and time again. People who never get sick, get the flu shot one random year because, "fuck it, why not." And then promptly proceed to get deathly ill. I've seen it too many times, for it to be a coincidence or just the "natural process of building an immunity" or whatever bullshit the pharma shills will spout.

What do I do to avoid illness? Nothing. I only wash my hands if they smell like actual shit or if I know dangerous chemical got on them. I don't take any antibiotics, ever. If I have a sinus infection, I just wait it out. Yes it's uncomfortable, big fucking deal. I'd rather not poison myself.

Only time I've been to the doctor in the past decade is for a steroid shot because the poison ivy rash was so large I couldn't think about anything else.
