Subject: After action report of

Operation CUCKOO (TS)

INTRODUCTION

1) Operation CUCKOO was part of the overall operation CLEANSWEEP, aimed at eleviceting(?) domestic opposition to activities undertaken by the Central Intelligence Agency's Special Activities Division in main regard to Operation GUILLOTENE.

2) Operation CUCKOO was approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff Department of Defense and the office of The President of the United States as acovert domestic action to be under taken within the limits of Washington DC as outlined by Secret Executive Order 37.

BACKGROUND

3) Following the publishing of the Warren Commission former special agent Mary Pinochet Meyer (Operation MOCKINGBIRD, Operation SIREN) who was married to Cord Meyer (Operation MOCKINGBIRD), Operation GUILLOTENE) threatened to disclose the details of the several Special Activities Divisions Operations, inclduing, but not limited to Operation SIREN and OPERATION GUILLOTENE.
