The emergence of unindicted Latino Danny Solis made me think this Chicago thing is judge driven. Carol Marin was asking experts on Chicago Tonight if they've ever seen anything like it. And it is strange...Solis cops to nothing at all instead of getting normal snitch treatment: a lesser charge. That of course says Castillo is in the driver seat, which comes as no surprise to me what with my contact with his office and multiple subliminal messages pertaining to him, e.g., "39 judges say hi," that's out of the blue and, "Ruben's a friend," uttered in the same place, 4th floor of the Will County Courthouse.
