I wonder about this. Is the reptilian thing a psyop, or do they physically exist?

I've noticed a lot of snakelike tongue licking or hissing. And there is all that footage of eye slits, eye pupils acting weird...

But they do have the resources to just add CGI onto official footage to fuck with people too. It's a very strange world we live in.
