Personally, I trust no one who looks, walks or talks weird. If my instincts tell me that there is something weird about a person, there is nothing on Earth that will make me trust someone. I always trust my instincts. Do you?

I didn't listen to my instincts once.

A guy was asking about a Loft I was finishing in a hip neighborhood. Didn't like his vibe, blew him off.

I ended up renting to a girl, when we go to sign the dude shows up, her boyfriend.

I should have told them to fuck off. Was desperate for income and they came to me.

Worst mistake of my life. Ended up costing me the entire investment.
