unless it consists of true factual statements.

And it did, but the law was written to unjustly benefit Jews, so it was used to that end.

SavageSeasons

Political correctness ultimately leads to self censorship.

It's literally un-American.

Arrvee

All Voaters in Montana should immediately begin using this law against anti-white college professors and activists.

Churlish_Rogue

Shame. I just moved to this county last year. Demographically it's a big improvement over California. But politically it seems to be almost as stupid as a blue state and visibly getting worse. The people here really are clueless about life beyond their own locale. A big part of the reason Tester was so popular around here in the midterms was because Rosendale spoke about drilling in Glacier National Park. That was it. That was the hot-button issue for many otherwise right-leaning folks up here. Sanctuary state/immigration issues weren't even on the radar by comparison. The left on the other hand remains laser focused on a picture bigger than Flathead County, and Tester was the anti-Trump candidate. I got here right before that election, so contempt was one of the first feelings I had for the folks here. Not a great start.

I think a big problem is that the largest demographic slice of the right leaning types appears to be that of the really, really old, near-death veterans. The kind whose day to day activities consist of waking up and getting dressed in their 'Veteran of X war' hat/jacket, going to Walmart and wandering around the store all day bumping into other veterans doing the same thing and thanking each other for their service. Collectively, they're not long for this world but there's a TON of them. So what happens to the politics here 10-15 years down the road?

And the population growth looks to consist mostly of the left-leaning ideological colonization crowd rather than the right wing white-flight crowd I'd hoped to find here.

Gun laws are super relaxed. And it's absolutely beautiful out here. But It's been more than a little disappointing/blackpilling when it comes to the socio-political landscape. Especially trying to look 10+ years down the road. I'm uneasy about the prospect of putting roots down here in light of all that. But I don't have the money/resources to make another 1000+ mile jump to somewhere like Wyoming/Alaska. And I can't help but wonder if I wouldn't find the exact same situation wherever I ended up. Politics trending leftward, white right-wing population aging rapidly... At least I can say that I see lots of white babies here, so if America takes the turn for the worst that it looks to be taking, maybe all hope isn't lost for a white and redpilled future up here.

Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself that I can't even tell the difference between cynicism and realism so my perspective may not be all that accurate.

Saying Hitler was a Jew is a Jewish disinfo tactic.

The Holocaust is a fabrication by zionists. False flag is not the correct term.

ardvarcus

Hitler and the Nazis were not Jews. By saying this, the rest of the statement is discredited. Also, the Holocaust was not a false flag, it is a myth created by Jews to exaggerate the importance of what happened to them in Germany and Poland during ww2. Also, Jews didn't "do" 9-11, but they knew about it beforehand, and there is good reason to believe that they were in on the planning and execution of 9-11 -- Arab terrorists "did" 9-11.

iamthecircus

There were no hijackers. The Muslim connection to 9/11 is a Jewish hoax

EngelbertHumperdinck

If by "did", you mean "were duped into being in the wrong place at the wrong time by their handlers, so as to provide a patsy for the actual perpetrators of", then I strongly agree with your whole comment.

iamthecircus

Israel did 9/11 and jews inside the United States helped.

The truth will never be illegal

Churlish_Rogue

Oh it'll be illegal eventually, if this article is any indication. But it'll never be measured in mass appeal. No matter what they legislate.

clamhurt_legbeard

Israeli art students dancing on vans.

Israel is our greatest ally.......

EngelbertHumperdinck

Israeli art students dancing on vans.

You probably already know this, but you're mixing a few facts into one here. For anyone out there who isn't familiar with the topic, read on...

The israeli "art students" were in the building for weeks prior to the attack, presumably rigging explosives, as shown in the photos they posted of themselves in front of boxes of blasting caps (or fuse boxes).

The dancing israelis were mossad operatives posing as employees of "Urban Moving Company", which incidentally, went out of business on 9/11/01, and were filmed dancing and flicking lighters while taking photos of the collapsing towers. When arrested, they immediately blamed the attacks on palestinians. Later, 3 of them appeared on israeli television and admitted that they were there to document the event.

The Urban Moving guys drove a van, obviously. But there was also a van with a depiction of an airplane crashing into the twin towers painted on the side of it, which was seen in Manhattan on 9/11. As far as I know, there is not much information about that other than a few frames of blurry video.

iamthecircus

Perfect response. Thank you

FlappyJappy

nice to see america still has "free" speech

clamhurt_legbeard

It does, unless he gets convicted.

Prosecutors do whatever they want. What they GET is what's important.

sharks_n_colorado

Ill be keeping an eye on this. Montana out of all places.

clamhurt_legbeard

Remember that when people tell you California is "lost."

California is the biggest prize, targeted for decades. Now, Arizona and Texas are attacked.

Montana is on the list, too. We're all on the list.

If people don't stay and support and defend those fighting in leftist strongholds, we have no chance anywhere.

Churlish_Rogue

Depends on your perspective/strategy.

To stay and fight in leftist strongholds where you stand less than no chance of political success as demographics continue to shift unfavorably.

Or to strategically relocate for what I would personally call the more likely scenario of other states watching what happens to those leftist strong holds and seeking to preserve themselves by seceding and balkanizing into smaller clusters of states that still have something resembling a common culture.

Bearing in mind that neither of the above is a more likely scenario than whites having their faces pressed into the mud while they are silently drowned out of existence in a brown tide with naught but a whimper, how would you vote? To magically recover California despite the obvious reality that it's only getting browner? Or to position yourself in a state where there remains a flicker of hope that the population will come to its senses and save itself from the fate of states like California or, as we will inevitably soon see, Texas?

You could argue the importance of people staying and fighting in those leftist strong holds, but you could also argue the importance of sane whites rallying in states that can still actually be saved yet. What odds are there really of red pilling Calexico at this point? That state's ONLY chance is to balkanize itself into 2 or more states. And if the north half retains any major city when it splits up, it'll just end up like the south half anyway when that city's leftist population comes to dictate politics for the rest of the state as is already the case in CA.

IMO, the more sane whites we get in areas like Idaho/Montana/North&South Dakota/Wyoming, the more time we have to red pill the still-sizable white populations there and push them towards the consideration that secession from America will be the only way to prevent their children's future from looking like Brazil or Mexico.

clamhurt_legbeard

Happy Hannukah.

Churlish_Rogue

Ah yes, a goyim saw through your plan to keep whites from rallying in white states and reorganizing by encouraging them to sit still in demographically lost states like CA and playing and losing their rigged game of politics over and over, expecting different results. The very definition of insanity.

So call him a Jew! Kosher projection 101. Nice try, rabbi!

But I reiterate that the right course of action is to rally in states that are still demographically American(read: white) and start planting the seeds of race realism now, to start moving the Overton Window until discussion of secession falls into the realm of accepted public discourse. That way, when push comes to shove, it's not viewed as an outlandish idea, but a viable option that they've heard being discussed plenty of times already for preventing themselves from ending up like California.

Baconmon

Couldn't he take this all the way to the supreme court?.. 1st amendment violation..

ShillKiller007

He better.

GoyimNose

yes of course, but he will have to battle the courts. They know they cannot silence him, but they can make his life 100x more difficult. William Peirce spend hundreds of thousands on the courts battling stupid cases that had no merit.

ardvarcus

The noteworthy — and much more dangerous — thing about this case is that Lenio was also charged, in Count II, for criminal defamation of Jews.

The Jews are trying to sneak this one in under the radar, to establish a precedent.

Churlish_Rogue

Everything they do begins with sneaking. They're the human equivalent of a concealed dagger.

RoyLuhza

The Montana Prosecutor is arguing speech that exposes Jews or other religious or racial groups "to hatred, contempt, ridicule, degradation, or disgrace," is criminally punishable unless it consists of true factual statements.

I am convinced of the truth of the allegations I level against Jews so sodd him :)
