5G push to enable cell access for "all"? ( conspiracy )

This may have already been discussed, but how far fetched would it be for 5G to be an excuse to retrofit all existing cell towers so that they were not only everywhere, but so that they could enable many more devices without a fee? Right now every device connected has to pay to be on the network and have specific hardware and access. What if they were trying to make it so that anything could connect to a local 5G tower and then spy on you?

Then any device you purchase could be sending data back to the cell tower regardless of whether you have wifi or even internet at home. Due to the number of increased 5G towers and the lower distance they can communicate, you'd be able to fit many many more devices onto the network.

Theory:

  1. install 5g
  2. declare cell access a "right" for everyone freeing up access
  3. including 5g access in modern technology without the ability to control its communication with the tower.

3/4/5g is ubiquitous when used together with cell or cell tower. It's a common term anyone uses, so no the world isn't a stupider place. ATM Machine ATM Machine ATM Machine.. go whine about that. Shooting them is impractical as no one will be doing that in reality. Your problem is you're ignoring another aspect to a push for universal cellular access. I know that 5g 5g 5g also has health problems as well. A pushed technology can have more than one issue. I'm discussing one of those issues.
