Is there anyway to develop some sort of app or social media meme to keep tabs on Evelyn de Rothschild?

Why is it the case we havent been able to track his movements or dealings? Or where he hangs out? Or where he holidays?

If Evelyn is at the top of the illuminati food chain why are we not keeping him under surveillance?

Because he can leave by helicopter from his huge estate and land on one of his sky scrapers and be out in a blacked out limo going into the back door of wherever he hangs out.
