There's a VAST difference between TLA's and local LE. I do not, for a moment, believe that local LE is part of some grand conspiracy to oppress the rank-and-file American -- that is, outside of the big departments like NYPD.

The TLA's are a different matter altogether.

do you mean dark skinned people? can't really know what religion people are unless you put some sort of mark on them....like a ID code on their wrist or tattoo a symbol on their neck or something
