I can see the issue of granular electrical usage data being capable of determining activity within the home. I cannot, however, agree that there's any health or safety risk in these devices. There's no evidence that RF, especially of the low levels involved here, can effect us biologically. I also question the method in which these devices can lead to house fires. They're not exactly rocket science.

There's no evidence that RF, especially of the low levels involved here, can effect us biologically.

On the contrary, there is overwhelming evidence at this point, that most man-made electromagnetic fields produce biological effects.

Here's over 500 studies on this subject, collected by Joel M. Moskowitz, Ph.D, who keeps an active blog about EM safety and reports on the most recent research:

Here's a searchable database on over 27,000 studies, maintained by Aachen University in Germany:

My intention is not to overwhelm you with information, but just to show you that if you just know where to look, the evidence is very clear. The reason you'll never read about this on the evening news, is because the whole world runs on electricity. However the health effects are accumulating rapidly, and soon these effects will become obvious to everyone. It is virtually guaranteed, as the full electrification of our lives is rapidly increasing. The people damaged by smart meters so far, are only the canaries in the coal mine.

Low level transmission RF is totally dangerous and as proof here's every single study on RF ever.

Why should I bother combing through all that to try and prove your position for you. It looks to me as if the majority of the articles are in regards to high power RF inducing heating effects. Cell signals are negligible in that regard.

qwop

You don't need to comb through anything. It's already been showed that there are biological effects far below current limits.

Here's 67 studies of low intensity radiation, plotted with the power density to the left, and the current FCC limit for microwave radiation at the top. As you can see the observed effects all lie well below current limits:

You can keep putting your head in the sand, it doesn't change what the research shows.

That article was written by Lorn Trottier:

Through his business interest at MSBi Valorisation (now renamed iNovia Capital), a venture capital companyheavily invested in start-ups of digital and wireless products and apps, Lorne Trottier is closely tied to thefinancial well-being of the wireless industries. His denial of the health risks of wireless technology bears aserious conflict of interest.

Like I said, these people work for the industry, and regularly produce biased "reports".

"Science" based medicine is a website that peddles industry funded opinions. It includes wonderful people like David Gorsky, who together with Paul Offit for example talk completely uncritically about the unicorn world of vaccines.

If you want to know what the profit driven industry wants you to think, that's the website you go to.

I take my research from independent scientists, who do not have industry ties, and speak for the general public, not profit driven corporations.

You really do not seem to understand how corporations run the science industry. In fact it makes me question what you're even doing in this sub in the first place.

Correlation does not imply causation. It could just as easily be somebody fucking up the installation. They plug in just the same way.

Yeah, that was talked about in the video too. I don't think you watched it.
